Library
The library building has a reading room with a lobby on the second floor, where the users have free access to any book, newspaper, magazine and other periodicals from the openshelf stacks. On the first floor is a language laboratory room with audio visual system (VCR, LD, DVD, etc.) .
The new library system was introduced in 1998. The library has two multimedia personal computers connected with the Internet, which enables the users to get up-to-date information. The users also can watch many kinds of videos and laser disks at their free time. Furthermore, in 1999,ten more desktop computers were set up in the reading room. Anyone can study by themselves, making good use of lots of electronic "publications" CD-ROMs, etc, The library is available for community use as well as for study and research. It is open to anyone on weekdays and Saturdays.
